Mike, a Commercial Capital Advisor had recently undergone Knee surgery. During this time he had gained some additional weight that he couldn’t seem to shake. He felt like he was doing all the things right - eating healthy and exercising regularly. He also struggled with low energy, lack of sleep and the motivation started to slip as work output did not yield the results he desired.

With our program we were able to restructure his day to day eating so that he could enjoy foods he loved while working to the weight loss goal he wanted. By adding key nutrients where his body was deficient, we boosted his energy to new levels and increased his REM sleep significantly. We developed a simple training plan that progressed him dynamically through his rehabilitation allowing him to gain strength, build muscle and recover his knee all at the same time.
